Christmas Card & Mug
Fundraising Project

Dear Parents
This year we are pleased to announce that our school is raising money by taking part in the
RUDOLPH CARDS Personalised Card Pack & Mug Project!
Your child (or children) can design a special picture which can be printed on to their very own packs of cards and even on to ceramic mugs if you wish! Perfect for sending to family and friends this coming Christmas Season, as they will be truly unique! You can be confident that buying our cards won’t mean harming the world’s forests as we only use responsibly sourced FSC card.
Packs of 12 Personalised A6 sized cards (complete with envelopes) cost just £5.00 and Mugs just £6.00. Our school will receive a fabulous commission of £1.40 per card pack and £2.00 per mug.

All you need to do is encourage your child to create their design on the accompanying Drawing Sheet/Order Form and send it back to the school on or before
Tuesday 31st October 2017
with your cheque made payable to:
Colmore PTA
Please kindly fill out your Child’s Name, Class and Order Quantities CLEARLY and in BLOCK CAPITALS as shown on the Drawing Sheet. If you wish to you can assist your child with their picture so that you are both happy with the design! Spare drawing sheets available in School office after the holidays. If you need some inspiration, please have a look at http://www.rudolphcards.co.uk and Rudolph can give you a few design tips and ideas in his on-line Gallery!
It is VERY IMPORTANT that you only use Felt-tip pens, Water-based Paints or Coloured Pencils and that if you are including any wording on the design – that it is at least 1cm away from the edges of the design on all sides. Please Note – no glitter or stuck on collage can be accepted!
Thank you in anticipation of your support with this Fundraiser and we look forward to seeing all the lovely artwork so that we can send it off and get the personalised items back during November in plenty of time for Christmas!
Kind regards
Rav Kular
